We source fresh fruit and freeze-dry it into thin and flavorful chip-like "crisp". As for our potato crisp, it took us four years of experimenting, trial and error to come up with what we think is the perfect potato chip. The crisps contain no fat, no preservatives, and are very low in calories. Additionally, many consumers are concerned about common food allergens, which is why Crisps are processed at a facility that does not manufacture any products containing nuts, dairy, soy or wheat. This year we also launched our Fruit and Oats which combines our best selling fruit crisps with whole grain oats. are not concerned about issues surrounding where our product is produced because we take great care to ensure the quality and food safety of our products. All our processing plants are ISO9001 certified and have successfully implemented the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. In addition, the facility has been inspected by SGS, an internationally recognized 3rd party audit organization.
Over the next five years our goal is to continue to innovate in the healthy snack category by using our state-of-the-art freeze-drying technology. We want to stick to what we do best, which is providing people with the natural goodness of fruit and vegetables, and making sure we're offering them new, convenient and healthy food products that fit their needs. There are new products on the horizon!

In early 2004, Andy Keller, now ChicoBag™ president, took a trip to his local landfill after spending the day landscaping his backyard. He was horrified by what he saw. Single-use bags were the dominant article at the landfill that day, blanketing the landscape in a thin mix of white and beige plastic. On his way home he began to notice plastic bags everywhere, caught in trees and on fence posts, half drowned in gutter puddles and blowing in the streets like urban tumbleweeds. That day Andy vowed to stop using single-use bags. Inspired, Andy dropped a few bucks on a second hand sewing machine and began sewing what would ultimately become the first ChicoBag™ brand reusable bag.
Andy understood that a reusable bag was only valuable if it was reused. He knew his challenge was larger than designing any ordinary reusable bag – this reusable bag needed to be designed to be unforgettable. It needed to be small enough to tote in a pocket and have features that allowed it to clip anywhere.
After countless hours, fabrics and prototypes the Original ChicoBag™ brand reusable bag, complete with an integrated stuff pouch and attached carabiner, was born. Andy’s ChicoBag™ brand reusable bags were first sold in 2005 on Earth Day at the Farmers Market in Chico, CA. Initially only available in white, the Original has evolved to include eleven color choices.

How do YogaToes® work?
How can something so simple do so much?
The patented ergonomic design of YogaToes® works between, above and beneath toes to stretch them apart from each other, away from the ball of the foot and down from the top of the foot. To stimulate this effect, spread your fingers apart and out as far as you can. You can feel the muscles working and stretching. Tight, weak muscles become flexible and stronger. The posture of your foot can realign, and the muscles are strong enough to support improved posture. Stretching and working the muscles increases circulation. You know how good you feel after a workout or a massage. Now your feet can enjoy the same results! All you have to do is slip into a pair of YogaToes®.

How To.

There once was a little farming school
We started on a farm in Wilton, New Hampshire in 1983. We began as a farming school that taught sustainable agricultural practices. Our goals were to help family farms survive and to help protect the environment.
Samuel Kaymen, one of the country’s early authorities on organic and bio-dynamic agriculture, was our school’s founder and chairman. Gary Hirshberg, our current president and CE-Yo, was an environmental activist, windmill-maker, author, and noted entrepreneur when he joined Samuel on the farm.
At first, we sold yogurt only to fund our school. We had a leaky barn and just a few Jersey cows, but also a great recipe for scrumptious yogurt. Samuel and Gary did most of the work back then. They milked the cows, made the yogurt, made sales calls, and even delivered the yogurt.
And the school became a yogurt company
As our business grew, we realized a successful yogurt company could make a bigger difference for family farms and the environment than our school could, so we decided to run with yogurt. In 1988, we moved 30 miles east of Wilton to our custom-designed Yogurt Works in Londonderry, NH, where we remain to this day.
Now our organic ingredient purchases help to support hundreds of family farms and keep over 130,000 acres agricultural acres free of toxic pesticides and other chemicals commonly used on nonorganic farms and known to contaminate soil, drinking water, air, and food.
Our pure, delicious organic yogurts, smoothies, soy yogurts, ice cream, and milk are sold in supermarkets, natural food stores and colleges across the country.
